This one was simply a collection of magazine articles on the Land Rover III at the time it was in the showrooms for purchase. The second major face-lift in the life of the Land Rover was introduced with the Series III model in 1971. Production figures cannot be confirmed but it is thought that around 440,000 were built between 1971 and 1985. As this was a bad time for British Leyland most of the profits went into the car division and few changes were made.
